After some arguments, Mr M.S. Khan, who appears on behalf of the appellants, says that the only clarification that he seeks concerns the relinquishment deeds executed by the sisters, i.e., Usha Chatrath, Dr. Indira Bhatia and Vidyawati Sawhney in favour of late Ramesh Kohli, whose LRs are appellants herein, vis à vis the property described as 31, Golf Links, New Delhi [hereafter referred to as "Golf Links property"]. 1.1 There is no dispute that the relinquishment deeds executed by Usha Chatrath and Dr. Indira Bhatia concerning the Golf Links property are registered, although, this is not the case insofar as Vidyawati Sawhney's relinquishment deed is concerned.

Notably, the impugned order, i.e., the order dated 20.02.2024, concerns another property, described as 7 & 7A, Cross Road, Dehradun [hereafter referred to as "Cross Road property"]. Since the relinquishment deeds concerning the Cross Road property were not registered, according to the learned Single Judge, they could not be relied upon as they are inadmissible.

Since the impugned order does not deal with the Golf Links property, the concern regarding the same cannot be the subject matter of the instant appeal.

Accordingly, at the request of Mr Khan, the appeal is closed. 5.
Consequently, the pending interlocutory application shall also stand closed.
