O R D E R

% 14.02.2020 1.

The appellant is aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 12.09.2019, passed by the learned Family Court, dismissing a petition filed by him for seeking divorce on the grounds of cruelty, against the respondent. 2.

We have perused the impugned judgment and are of a prima facie view that there does not appear any illegality, arbitrariness and misappreciation of evidence for this Court to interfere therewith. 3.

After addressing arguments at some length, learned counsel for the appellant states on instructions from his client that he does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. Instead, he requests that a limited notice on the aspect of exploring the possibility of negotiating an amicable settlement with the other side, may be issued.
