The learned counsel for the parties submit that with the intervention of the Delhi High Cout Mediation & Conciliation Centre, the parties have amicably settled their disputes. 4.
In view of the settlement between the parties, the impugned judgment of conviction dated 18.10.2022 and order on sentence dated 27.10.2022 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in Complaint Case No. 2028/2019, is set aside.
