% 12.08.2016 IA No. 9840/2016 (under Section 151 CPC filed by Learned counsel for plaintiff for transfer of the suit to the District Court) This is a suit for declaration, cancellation, possession and injunction. It is valued at less than Rs. 2 crores and the suit stands transferred to the District Court in view of notification 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015. Suit property is situated at Lajpat Rai Market, which falls under Central District. Learned counsel for MCD has informed that after trifurcation, plaintiff needs to amend the memo of parties and North Delhi Municipal Corporation needs to be substituted in place of MCD. Steps in this regard may be taken before the learned Transferee Court.

Suit file be sent to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts for 5th September, 2016 at 02:00 pm.

Parties will appear before the learned Transferee Court on the date fixed.
