The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.1090/2014 under Sections 34/420/468/471 of the IPC registered with PS Kanjhawla and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the State states that there are several other persons accused in the said FIR and therefore, the FIR in question cannot be quashed partially.

Although respondent no.2 seems to have settled the disputes with the

petitioner, the relief as sought for - that is, the FIR and all proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed - cannot be granted as respondent no.2 intends to pursue the said FIR qua the other accused. 5.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
