% 13.01.2016 This is a suit having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores. It is observed that the defendant does not reside in Delhi and even an issue with respect to the 'territorial jurisdiction' has also been framed. Ld. counsel for plaintiff requests that since the office of the plaintiff is in South East District, this matter be transferred to South East district. Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (South East District), Saket Courts, Delhi on 4th April, 2016.
