Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 22nd December, 2023, passed by the learned Single Judge in C.M.APPL No. 67352/2023 in W.P.(C) No. 1490/2023, whereby the learned Single Judge dismissed the application for grant of stay of the impugned office orders dated 17th November, 2022 and 18th November, 2022. 2.

Since the matter is already listed for final hearing before the learned Single Judge on 02nd April, 2024, this Court disposes of the present appeal with a direction to the learned Single Judge to expedite the hearing of the writ petition.

This Court is confident that the learned Single Judge shall dispose of the matter at an early date.
