The present Petition has been filed seeking to quash and set aside the order dated 04.12.2019 dismissing an Application of the Petitioners filed under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 Of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and also allowing an Application of the Respondent filed under Section 19(2) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 [hereinafter referred to as the "DRC Act"] 2.
At the outset, learned Counsel for the Respondents raise an objection to the maintainability of the present Petition. It is submitted that the subject matter of challenge under the revisionary jurisdiction of this Court, in terms of Section 25B(8) of the DRC Act, are orders passed under Section 14(1)(e) or 14A or 14B or 14C or 14D of the DRC Act, and that no other orders can be challenged under the revisionary jurisdiction of this Court. 3.
