Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.291/2018 of PS Neb Sarai for offence under Section 506 IPC and Section 3 Domestic Violence Act on the ground that respondent no. 2 has settled all disputes with the petitioner. 2.

Since the marriage between the parties is yet to be dissolved in accordance with law, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh at appropriate stage.
