The senior counsel for the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.799/2014 states that in view of the Notification dated 14th May, 2016 to the Finance Act, 2016, the cause of action with which this writ petition was filed does not survive and he thus seeks disposal of the petition as infructuous. 2.
The counsels for the respondent no.4 Reliance Industries Ltd., respondents no.5 GMR Energy Limited, respondents no. 21 to 23 namely Lanco Kondapalli Power Ltd., GMR Vemagiri Power Generation Limited and GMR Rajahmundry Energy Limited have no objection. 3.
The senior counsel for the respondents no.6 to 12 namely M/s Kribhco Shyam Fertilizers, M/s Indo Gulf Fertilizers Ltd., M/s IFFCO, M/s Tata Chemicals Ltd., Shriram Fertilisers & Chemicals, National Fertilizers Limited and Chambal Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd. and respondents no.14 to 17 namely Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizer Limited, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Co. Ltd. and Krishak Bharti Cooperative Limited disagrees. 4.
The counsels for the other respondents have not taken any stand.

In view of the aforesaid statements and subject to the objections of the objecting respondents, W.P.(C) No.799/2014 is disposed of as infructuous. 6.
The interim order dated 3rd February, 2014 in W.P.(C) No.799/2014 is vacated.

The senior counsel for the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.799/2014 also states that the petitioner would be complying with the directive of Government of India to transport gas to the Power Companies. 8.
The senior counsel for the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.204/2014 states that the said petition has not become infructuous though the contention of the senior counsel for the respondent no.4 Reliance Industries Limited and respondent no.5 GMR Energy Limited is the same as in the other petition. 9.
List W.P.(C) No.204/2014 for consideration on 27th July, 2016. 10.
