It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present petition is to be withdrawn as the petitioner has got the possession of the subject property on 21.12.2023, which fact is conceded by the learned counsel for the respondents. It is further submitted that the Suit has also been disposed of by the learned Trial Court. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 2.
