The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that your lordship may kindly be pleased to:

a. Quash the instant case/ FIR No. 679/2019, under section 308/34 IPC P.S. Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi and consequential proceedings thereof qua the petitioners in the interest of justice. b. Pass any other relief or order, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in the interest of justice." 2.
