In furtherance of last order, learned counsel for petitioner has further addressed arguments. However, after part arguments, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client present in court room seeks permission to withdraw this petition with protection from eviction for a period of five months from today. Learned counsel for respondent who is accompanied with his client on instructions is agreeable to the request. 2.

Accordingly, the petition as well as pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with the direction that till 09.09.2024, operation of the impugned eviction order shall remain stayed. However, if on or before 09.09.2024, the petitioner does not vacate the subject premises, the respondent shall be at liberty to seek execution of the impugned eviction order in accordance with law. At the time of vacating the subject premises, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
