% 26.02.2020 Present petition is filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to petitioner in pursuance to FIR No.197/2017 registered at Police Station Vasant Vihar for the offences punishable under section 354/506 IPC & 8/10/12 of POCSO Act.

Keeping in view the detailed order passed in Crl.M.C.2679/2017 dated 06.11.2019 by this Court whereby order of bail granted by Trial Court was set aside and consequently, petitioner surrendered before Trial Court on 08.11.2019 and till now he is in judicial custody and the fact that mother and sister of the prosecutrix are yet to be examined, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
