Mr. Akshit Kapur, who appears for respondent No.2&3/SBI informs me that the attachment qua loan and pension account was lifted on 25.7.2019. 2.
Mr. Kapur, who appears for respondent No.2 & 3/SBI, says that no debits have been made from the pension account of the petitioner after 24.7.2019. 3.
The petitioner, who is present in person in the court, affirms this position. 4.
In these circumstances, even according to the petitioner, the petition has worked itself out.

The captioned writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 6.
This order, however, will not come in the way of proceedings qua recovery of loan amount against the petitioner by respondent no.5. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J FEBRUARY 14, 2020/pmc
