On 06.04.2026, the following order was passed: - "1.

It is pointed out that a petition filed by the present Petitioner involving the same issue was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 10.03.2026.

2. Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 10625/2026 filed by the Petitioner against the aforesaid order was listed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 19.03.2026 and the following order was passed :

"1. Application for exemption from filing c/c of the impugned judgment is allowed.

2. Issue notice, returnable on 16.04.2026.

3. Counter affidavit be filed in one week. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within one week, thereafter.

4. In the meantime, the tender process shall go on but no final decision shall be taken, if not already done."

Petitioner in relation to analogous facts were also dismissed by the Division Bench by way of the common order dated 10.03.2026. The same interim order has been passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the respective Special Leave Petitions preferred by the Petitioner.

5. Ms. Avshreya Pratap Singh Rudy (CGSC) accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents.

6. Courter Affidavit be filed within a period of one week.

7. In the meantime, an interim order in the same terms as was passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court shall operate.

Learned counsel representing the Parties are ad idem that the Special Leave Petition has been disposed of on 16.04.2026, however, the order is yet to be uploaded.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
