When this Court suggested to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance of the Petitioner would be the NCLT, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner graciously accepts the suggestion made by this Court and seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the NCLT. 2.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. 3.

In view of the fact that the writ petition was filed in the year 2022 and the Petitioner being a Senior Citizen, this Court is inclined to make a request to the NCLT to consider the application of the Petitioner as and when filed as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of six months from today.
