In view of the order passed today by this court in WP(C) No.14705/2022 captioned Shri Bhagwan Singh v. A.D.M./L.A.C. North & Ors., the learned counsel for the parties submit that the present petitions be also taken on board and disposed of.

In view of the above, the above-mentioned petitions, which were directed to be listed on 15.05.2025 are taken on board. 3.

We consider it apposite to set out the prayers made in the above-captioned petitions: "WP(C) 5331/2022 a) Issue writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus and prohibition thereby directing the Respondent No.2/ Land Acquisition Collector, North, Delhi to refer the issue of apportionment of compensation qua the land comprising in Khasra numbers 936/1 (1-16), 936/2(4-14), 941/1(4-0), at village Siraspur Delhi acquired vide award No.1/2015-16, to the Civil Court/ Competent Authority and further prohibiting the respondent no.2/ Land Acquisition Collector from releasing the compensation.

WP(C) 6133/2022 "a) Issue writ, order, direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing/setting aside the Impugned Order dated 25/28.03.2022 passed by the respondent No.2/ Land Acquisition Collector, North in C. No.90687022 in File No.1304/LAC/N/307-2310. b) Issue writ, order, directions in the nature of prohibition thereby restraining the respondetno.2/ Land Acquisition Collector from releasing the compensation; and/or c) Issue writ, order, directions in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondetno.2/ Land Acquisition Collector to make reference to the court of ADJ/Civil Judge under section 18 and to deposit the compensation in the said court under section 31 of the Land Acquisition Act."

In view of the order passed today in WP(C) No.14705/2022 the prayers made in the present petitions are also addressed. A reference under Section 76 and 77 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has been forwarded to the concerned authority and in terms of the aforementioned order, this court has requested the concerned authority to dispose of the said reference expeditiously.
