Present petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to transfer the membership No. 47 pertaining to Flat No. C-73 in Airport Cooperative Group Housing Society (Respondent no. 2) at Plot no. 9, Budella, Phase II, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018 as per provisions of Section 28 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 (DCS Act).

In pursuance to the order dated 15th March, 2024, the secretary of respondent no.2 is personally present. He states that upon payment of Rs.2.5 lacs and on furnishing of documents, the membership of the aforesaid flat number C-73 shall be transferred in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the aforesaid condition shall be complied within one week.
