Applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 24/2009 dated 30.10.2009, registered at Police Station Ranjeet Nagar, New Delhi for commission of offences under Sections 302/396/411/120-B/34 IPC.

Admittedly, the petitioner herein had earlier been declared proclaimed offender and has been arrested on 22.09.2025. 3.
The bail is being sought also for the reason that his co-accused, who had faced the trial, have already been acquitted, way back in the year 2011. 4.
Fact, however, remains that with respect to the applicant herein, the Charges have yet not been framed.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application at this stage. He, however, seeks liberty to file it at afresh, once the charges are ascertained.

The present application stands disposed of, as not pressed. 7.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
