% 09.11.2017 The counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 23.01.2012, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with upto date interest with the Registrar General of this Court.

By order dated 14.02.2013 60% of the awarded amount was permitted to be released to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal.

Registry shall now ensure release of the balance to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal. The statutory deposit shall be refunded.
