By virtue of the present bail application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No.91/2025 registered under Sections 281/105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at PS: Chankya Puri. 2.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to take appropriate steps, as available, in accordance with law.
