% 12.12.2019 This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR bearing no. 345/2018, u/s. 498A/304-B/34 IPC PS Gokulpuri, Delhi.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail on the ground that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated. Petitioner is co-operating with the investigating officer and all the relevant information as well as name of the contractor has also been provided. Ld. APP for the State, on the information of the IO, states that petitioner has joined the investigation and has also given the relevant details i.e. name of the contractor.

In view of the above facts, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/-

with one surety in the like amount subject to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned.
