The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to produce respondent no. 1, namely, Ms. Nancy Yadav before this Court.

On advance notice of this petition, Ms. Nancy Yadav has appeared before us virtually. She submits that she does not wish to reside with the petitioner and is happily residing at her parental home. that she is not under any influence.

As she is a major, she is entitled to stay where she desires. 4.
