Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the subject petition, petitioner has been served with an order dated 04.03.2024 whereby the impugned show cause notice dated 29.12.2023 has been adjudicated and a demand created. He submits that the show cause notice was barred by limitation and petitioner has also challenged the notification whereby the time period was extended. He, however, prays for leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to take appropriate remedies as available in law to impugn the order dated 04.03.2024.
