This application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff seeking disposal of the present suit in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3.

The Settlement Agreement dated 29th August, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of authorized representatives of both the parties, has been placed on record. 4.

I have gone through the terms of Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the order passed above in I.A. 23069/2025, the present suit is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 8.

All pending applications stand disposed of.

The date of 19th September, 2025 already fixed before the Joint Registrar stands cancelled.

I.A. 22988/2025 (under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1860) 10.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The application stands disposed of.
