A Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner/ complainant for expeditious investigations in FIR No.0554 dated 25.08.2022, under Sections 420/468/471 IPC, registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla, Delhi.

The Petitioner in the present Petition has submitted that her property was mortgaged under the forged signatures by her husband and it may be in connivance with the Bank Officials. In the interim, her husband, Mr. Balwant Singh, also expired.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 07.04.2025 reached between Petitioner with the HDB Financial Services The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Ltd. It is submitted that in terms of the Settlement, amount of Rs.3,50,000/- has been paid by the Petitioner to the HDB Financial Services Ltd through RTGS towards full and final settlement of Loan No. 112251. Also, in terms of Settlement, Officials of HDB Financial Services Ltd present in the Court have handed over all the original papers of the property, along with No Dues Certificate and other documents to the Petitioner. 4.
The original Settlement-Agreement dated 07.04.2025 is placed before this Court, which is taken on record.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that factum of settlement stands verified and IO present in the Court has identified the Petitioner, who is present in the Court.

Petitioner submits that now no grievance against HDB Financial Services Ltd survives and she has no objection to the quashing of FIR in question.

In view of the fact that dispute pertaining to FIR No.0554 dated 25.08.2022, under Sections 420/468/471 IPC, registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla, Delhi stands amicably resolved between the parties and Petitioner has 'No Objection' to the quashing of this FIR, no fruitful purpose would be served in continuing with the proceedings arising therefrom. 8.
Accordingly, FIR No.0554 dated 25.08.2022, under Sections 420/468/471 IPC, registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. 9.
