% 09.05.2026 Appellant insurance company has filed an appeal for enhancement of the Award dated 12.12.2025 passed by the Learned MACT for enhancement of the Award.

After comprehensive discussion between the parties, it is agreed that the Appellant shall get enhanced lump sum amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- over and above the Awarded amount as full and final settlement of the subject matter of the Appeal. In view of the settlement, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit Rs. 1,25,000/- before the Registrar General of this Court within a period of six weeks from today failing which same shall carry interest @ 9% per annum on the delayed deposit. The said amount be released to the Appellant on compliance of all the requisite formalities.
