% 24.02.2020 Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have settled their inter se dispute before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. I find that the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed the settlement agreement dated October 30, 2019 running into 15 pages including Annexure-I. The parties state that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated October 30, 2019. They also state that the parties shall adhere to the terms of the settlement. Noting the same, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated October 30, 2019 which is exhibited as "Exh. AA". The decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
