% 11.03.2025 In the facts of this case, since the Petitioner has made direct and specific allegations against his counsel representing him before the Trial Court on 30.09.2024 and 21.01.2025, the Petitioner was directed to implead the said advocate as Respondent no. 2.

To this, learned counsel for the Petitioner had sought a Passover to seek instructions.

At second call, learned counsel for the Petitioner states on instructions that he seeks liberty to unconditionally withdraw the present petition. The petition along with applications is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
