This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, to set aside and quash the impugned Orders dated 10.11.2025 and Withdrawal Order dated 27.05.2025 (b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. l concerned to permit the petitioner for functioning in B.Ed. Course for the Academic Session 2025-26 peacefully;

(c) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. l concerned to permit the petitioner institution for functioning/ continuation of B.Ed. Course and to allow admissions for the Academic Session 2026-2027 peacefully;..." 2.
For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.
Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and fairly states that the present matter is covered by the judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being Teachers Training College Mirza v. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr., W.P.(C) 5369/2025, order dated 15.12.2025.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed, holding that the directions passed by the Coordinate Bench in paragraphs Nos. 12 to 16 in the judgment of Teachers Training College Mirza (supra) shall apply to the petitioner, including the direction to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling session for the academic session 2025-26.

All respondents shall ensure that petitioner is permitted to participate in the counselling for academic session 2025-26. 6.
