On 04.07.2025, this Court had preponed the hearing from 08.08.2025 due to the urgency expressed by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

It was stated that due to upcoming monsoon season, the tools, plant and machinery would get spoilt if the same are not being allowed to be taken out from the site.

Since the learned arbitral tribunal has already been constituted and is seized of the matter in terms of Section 9(3), it is directed that the present petition will be treated as a Section 17 application and shall be heard and disposed of by the learned arbitral tribunal expeditiously and preferably within 2 weeks from today.
