% 03.12.2015 IA No. 24793/2015 (Section 151 CPC by the plaintiff no. 2) Plaintiff no. 2 seeks leave to withdraw from the present suit unconditionally.

Counsel for the plaintiff no. 1 also has no objection in case plaintiff no. 2 is permitted to withdraw from the present suit. Application has not been opposed and is allowed. Name of plaintiff no. 2 is deleted from the array of parties.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. CS(OS) 196/2014 Matter is listed on 5th January, 2016 before the Joint Registrar and

on 22nd January, 2016 before the Court. With the consent of parties, dates are preponed for today.

Suit is valued at Rs.21,00,000/- for the purposes of court fee and jurisdiction. In view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, the suit has to be transferred to the subordinate courts of competent jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that suit be transferred to the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly.

File be sent to the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi forthwith. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi on 12th January, 2016.
