A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.98/2015 dated 21.01.2015 under Section 420/120B IPC registered at Police Station Burari. 2.

The petition has been filed on the basis of a Settlement dated 10.06.2016 which bears the signatures of both the parties. However, the respondent/complainant who is present in the Court submits that he has not entered into any Settlement with the petitioner, but he has been made to sign the Settlement.

prospective buyers for Rs.30 lakhs and Rs.35 lakhs respectively. The respondent No.2 is the person to whom the plot had been sold for Rs.35 lakhs.

The respondent No.2 who is present in the Court submits that the entire transaction had taken place in cash, but he is unable to explain from where he had got the money. Further, it is admitted by him that till date he has been returned received only Rs.11 lakhs by the petitioner, while the total amount was Rs.35 lakhs.

Since the respondent No.2 is withdrawing from the Settlement dated 10.06.2016, the petition is hereby dismissed, with liberty to the parties to proceed with the matter in accordance with law. 6.

The petition is disposed of.
