By way of this appeal under Section 413 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks setting aside of judgment dated 21.12.2024, passed by the Magistrate's Court. 2.

At the very outset, Ms. Latika Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal, without prejudice to the remedies available to the appellant before the Sessions Court. 3.

The appeal, alongwith pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
