Pursuant to previous order Mr. Ankur Goel/respondent and Ms. Manisha Goel/petitioner are present in Court. 2.

Though, the first motion had been gone through in 2022, the same now stands invalidated considering the delay in participation in the second motion. Statement was recorded at the time of first motion on 08th March 2021.

Mr. Ankur Goel and Ms. Manisha Goel agree that they will participate in first motion on or before 30th May 2025 and second motion on or before 10th July 2025.

This undertaking is taken on record. Both parties shall not impede the filing of the respective motions in order that the divorce proceedings may go through. The undertaking is taken on record.
