By way of present petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks following prayers:- "Under these circumstances, it is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass necessary directions/orders to the concerned SHO to take appropriate action against the respondents and to protect the petitioner in the interest of justice."
