Counsel for respondent No.2 says that he has received the following instructions vide communication dated 11.2.2020: "....Please refer to you Email dated 11.02.2020 and letter by the undersigned dated 10.01.2020 on the above mentioned subject. 2.

In this regard, it is to inform that the party has deposited amount of Rs.5,63,885/-, 3,75,923/-, 8,45,828/- and 5,64,659/- under SVLDRS in Govt. Account, but as the firm has filed a writ petition in Hon'ble High Court. The removal of freezing of account of the firm can be done after withdrawal of the writ petition by the firm and necessary action thereof. 3.

Given the aforesaid communication, counsel for respondent No.2 says that if the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, the freezing order will be lifted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.1 In case the needful is not done, the petitioner will have liberty to approach the Court as per law.
