The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 appearing in person, who have been identified by SI Deepak Sharma and ASI Naresh, Police Station Dabri, state that they wish to withdraw the present petition. 2.
The learned ASC for the State submits that the Kalandra which has been challenged in the present petition has already been consigned to the record room pursuant to the furnishing of a personal bond by the petitioners in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with an undertaking not to breach the peace in future.
