The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a list of 13 items of jewellery, of which 4 are stated to have been taken by the complainant herself. A copy of the list has been supplied to the learned counsel for the State. The complainant is not present in the Court.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue his remedies in law. The petition is dismissed.
