Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing Respondents to issue recovery certificate in the pending Applications under Section 33C(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Annexure P-2) as per procedure expeditiously without any delay; and b. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent no. 2 to adhere to the Guidelines laid down by Notification dated 05.07.2019 in its true letter and spirit; and c. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent No. 1 to. review the pendency of Applications under Section 33C(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and to oversee The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the compliance of Notification dated 05.07.2019 and upload the report on the website of the Labour Department on a monthly basis; and/or] d.
