The present application has been filed by the plaintiffs under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 CPC seeking to withdraw the present suit.

The plaintiff nos. 1 and 2 are minors, who have filed the present suit through their mother as next friend. The mother herself is plaintiff no. 3. 3.

The application is supported by an affidavit of mother/plaintiff no.3. Further, the pleader has also handed over a certificate in the Court to the effect that the withdrawal of the suit/abandonment of the claim on behalf of the minors is for the benefit of the minors. The said certificate is taken on record.
