The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 445/2014 under Sections 406/420/468/471/506 IPC registered at PS Bhalswa Dairy. 2.

While issuing notice in the petition, it was directed that no coercive action be taken against the petitioner subject to his joining investigation. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation. However, the learned APP on instructions from the IO submits that only the hand writing of the contemporary period of the petitioner is required for the purpose of investigation. 4.

petitioner will join the investigation on 23.05.2024 at 04.00 P.M. and will hand over the hand writings of the contemporary period to the I.O. 5.

The learned counsel for the complainant submits that the FIR was registered as early as in the year 2014 but till date the chargesheet has not been filed.

The learned APP on instructions from the IO, submits that the chargesheet will be filed within a period of one month. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner's arrest, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as undertaken above and subsequently as and when directed by the IO concerned. 8.

The petition stand disposed of.
