The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a) Set Aside the order dt. 7.9.22 and 8.9.22 of the Ld MM- 01 (West), Tis Hazari, courts in Cr Case no. 11325/22; b) Issue an order for fresh investigation by a responsible senior police officer in FIR No.273/22 of PS Kirti Nagar; c) Issue order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that parties have since settled their disputes and as per the settlement the present petition has to be withdrawn.
