The present applications have been filed by the petitioners/applicants under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 532/2023 registered under Sections 420/468/471 at P.S. Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that after grant of interim protection on 13.03.2024, the applicants have joined the investigation and have not misused the concessions granted to them. Further, it is stated that while applicant/ Yogender Singh is the brother of late Nahar Singh, applicant/ The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Rahul Singh is the son of late Nahar Singh. It is stated that there has been a property dispute between the legal heirs of late Nahar Singh after his murder in the year 2017.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail applications. He submits that the complainant has alleged that the subject property has been sold by the present applicants on the basis of forged documents in which they have claimed that late Nahar Singh has transferred/sold the property to the applicants. He further submits that though the applicants have joined the investigation, however, have not provided the original chain of documents of the said transfer of late Nahar Singh to them. 4.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants states that in the year 2017 when late Nahar Singh was murdered, the applicants made a complaint to the local police station stating that Suman Devi had entered their house and stolen the original property documents. It is stated that the photocopy of the documents available with them have already been provided. 5.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances including the fact that the dispute relates to the property amongst family members, the interim protections granted to the applicants vide order dated 13.03.2024 are made absolute and it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety by each applicant of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned Police Station and also subject to the following further conditions:- (i) At the time of furnishing bail bond, the applicants shall provide the mobile numbers, which they undertake to keep operational at all times during the pendency of the trial. (ii) The applicants shall join the investigation as and when asked.
(iii) The applicants shall inform the concerned Investigating Officer about their current residential addresses. (iv) In case of change of residential addresses/contact details, the applicants shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Investigating Officer/SHO.
(v) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
(vi) The applicants shall regularly appear before the trial Court. 6.
The applications are disposed of in the above terms alongwith the pending applications.
