This petition is filed under Section 439 CrPC seeking interim bail in FIR No. 267/2019 under Section 302/307/506/34/120B IPC read with Section 25/27 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Hari Nagar on the ground that the petitioner's mother is suffering from HTN + DM + 1 Scheemic Stroke from January, 2024 and the left portion of her body has been totally paralysed.

It is further alleged that the petitioner is the only son in the family and the father of the petitioner is not living with the mother of the petitioner. 3.

The notice in the application was issued on 13.03.2024 with the direction to State to file status report.

The status report has been handed over in Court and is taken on record.

A perusal of the status report shows that the factum of the ailment of the mother of the petitioner stands verified. 6.

In view of above, the petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, further subject to the following conditions:- a) Petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.

b) Petitioner shall provide their mobile numbers to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition and they shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.

c) Petitioner shall report to the Investigating Officer twice during the period of his interim bail of 10 days.

The petition stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
