The present petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the fact that the sale deed presented by her for registration to SubRegistrar-IX on 08.01.2025 for property at RZ-H-1/3 measuring 84 sq. Yards (70.2324 sq. Mtrs.) out of Khasra No. 83/19/2, 20/2 and 21/2, situated in village Palam, Delhi State, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-110045 has yet not been registered.

It is submitted that there is an omission on the part of the concerned Sub-Registrar /respondent no.2 to register the sale deed despite the petitioner fulfilling all requirements. The petitioner apprehends that the registration of the sale deed remains pending due to certain third party objections, however, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. no formal order of rejection/acceptance has been issued nor has any legal basis for non-registration been provided to the petitioner. 5.
The petitioner has also submitted representations to the respondent nos.2 and 3, including the representation dated 19.02.2025 (filed as Annexure P-5 along with the present petition) and 24.02.2025 (filed as Annexure P-6 along with the present petition). 6.
In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the concerned Sub-Registrar to decide the aforesaid representation/s of the petitioner. The concerned Sub-Registrar is directed to either complete the formalities for registration of the sale deed or provide reasons as to why the same cannot be done and intimate the same to the petitioner.

Let the aforesaid exercise be concluded within a period of four weeks from today.
