Through the writ petition, the Petitioner essentially assailed the correctness of his transfer from one place to another. 2.

Upon realising that the Court is not inclined to interfere, the learned counsel representing the Petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to make representation to the appropriate authorities.

Now, this application has been filed for directing the Respondents to accept the Petitioner's representation. 4.

Liberty to this effect has already been granted, hence, no further directions are required to be issued.
