% 28.02.2019 Verification report filed.

While the investigating agency has confirmed that the wife of the petitioner has to undergo surgery today, the objection taken is that there are other relatives who may take care. Given the nature of the medical condition and the surgery in which context the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of two weeks by order dated 11.02.2019 by bail application no. 142/2019, it is deemed just and fair to allow the request for extension, particularly when the counsel for the petitioner, on being asked, submitted that he requests for interim bail for six weeks assuring and undertaking that no request for extension on any ground whatsoever would be asked for.

BAIL APPLN. 509/2019

The interim bail is extended by six weeks from today subject to the same conditions as were imposed in the order dated 11.02.2019, the bail bonds for which purpose will have to be furnished before the trial court. Dasti, as prayed.
