Through the present application, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the BAIL APPLN. 1021/2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed in the present matter and she wishes to file bail application before the learned Court of Sessions. She seeks leave to withdraw the BAIL APPLN. 1021/2025 with liberty as aforesaid.

In view of the above submissions and for the sufficient cause being shown in the application, the same is allowed. 4.
